The Benediction 2 –

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen. Jude 24 -25

Not every benediction need be the last thing said in a message as it is here. But here it is a beautiful way to close the Jude’s letter. Consider Christ as:

Him that is able to keep you from falling, (who are kept by the power of God)

Him that will present you faultless (cloth in His righteousness)

Him that will present you before the presence of his glory (God, the Father)

Him that will do this with exceeding joy, (for the joy that was set before Him)

Him that is the only wise God ( in whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom )

Him that is our Saviour (unto you is born this day … a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord()

Him that deserves all glory and majesty, ( His glory is great in thy salvation: honour and majesty hast thou laid upon him )

Him that has been given dominion and power, (above …every name that is named)

Him that is both now and ever (the Alpha and Omega)

And all God’s people said: Amen and Alleluia
